A multi-format platform built on stabilized halogen (N-halamine) chemistry delivered through solvent-based coatings, aqueous coatings, and multi-surface spray systems. These formulations create bonded or deposited stabilized-halogen sites on porous minerals and environmental surfaces, enabling durable antimicrobial protection, odor elimination, VOC breakdown, ammonia suppression, and optional rechargeability. Compatible with zeolite, silica, biochar, activated carbon, perlite, pumice, clays, and other porous inorganic substrates. Protected by several patent-pending filings.

Available as mineral-anchored fire inhibitor additives and water-based fire inhibitor treatments suitable for integration into a wide range of material systems. These systems form an ultra-thin, inorganic, glass-like protective layer that enhances hydrophobicity, abrasion resistance, UV stability, and environmental durability while remaining PFAS-free and nanoparticle-free. Transparent, breathable, and easy to apply with standard tools, providing long-lasting surface protection without altering appearance. Protected by several patent-pending filings.
